Lare Oyefusi - Development Script Editor
Lare joined Drama Republic in 2024 having previously worked on a slate of series and feature film developments at Greenacre Films, including upcoming series for Channel 4 and ITVx. Prior to this he worked at Disney+ in subscriber growth & content strategy before completing a secondment into the UK/European commissioning team. He began his career working in strategy for major UK and European broadcasters.
As a playwright and screenwriter, Lare has developed work on the Channel 4 Screenwriting Scheme, Soho Theatre Writer’s Lab, Bush Emerging Writer’s Group and Oxford Playhouse Playmakers. He represented for film, TV & theatre by LARK.
He holds a BA (Hons) from Cambridge University and diplomas in Creative Writing for Performance (Cambridge) and Acting (Central School of Speech and Drama).
