Synopsis
Kang Gun Woo is a world renowned orchestra maestro who is a perfectionist in his work. He is not an easy person to work with and is fear by all his players. By chance, he comes across Du Ru Mi, a violinist, and a young cop who has the same name as his and discovers that even without formal training, the young Kang is a music genius. The three soon get tangled in a love triangle.

For those of you who are planning to watch this... go ahead, I highly recommend it.
It's a good drama, one of the best of all the Korean dramas.. but I still kinda "dissapointed".
1st few episodes are quite interesting... the gathering of orchestra members part...
But after that... it's kinda draggy... T_T... *sigh* typical Korean drama...

A Nodame Cantabile rip-off? No no no. The plot seems familiar, but BV has a strong plot of romance. *sigh* typical Korean drama...
Whereas Nodame Cantabile focuses more on the music itself. But forget about the romance part (like I did), focus more on a bunch of underdogs, each one of them with stories to tell and personal struggles, and the musical confrontation between the old master (Kim Myung Min) and the young rebel (Jang Geun Suk).

Kim Myung Min & Jang Geun Suk are really awesome. They "share" the same name in this drama... hehehe.

Almost all the cast's performance is good, but Kim Myung Min (as the conductor) is probably the most realistic conductor ever on TV, better than Tamaki Hiroshi's portrayal of Chiaki-senpai in Nodame Cantabile.
Ohh... JGS is a "music genius" here... I like the short hair... hehehe.

The rest... watch it yourself... Are you going to watch it? ... hahaha~

My rating: 9/10 (I have never given a "perfect" rating to any drama, well nothing is perfect, right?)

nice review....but i haven`t watch it yet....xsempat donlod..lately, line macam siput vavi...
but, i will watch it and it`s already in my waiting list....hik3.....
well, korean drama are synonym with such draggy and "overloaded" romance scene....however, when it comes to JGS, it does not matter to me at all....like u said pchan, just forget about the draggy part, just concentrate on the main story itself...and the actor too...hik3.... (i`m referring to JGS)...besides, i am looking for moral values indeed...because a good story will somehow have a moral values....
anyone who have downloaded full epd? boleh tolong burn tak? hik3....i`m too lazy too donlod bila line mcm siput vavi....

You are always after the girls...

To me, the best part of this drama is the 2 Kang Gun Woos... (although Lee Ji Ah is one of the main casts)
I mainly focus on the "confrontation" between the 2... both are great actors

I hardly remember any other characters... wahaha...
